1. Digital products & services:

Workshops, ebooks, digital downloads: generally non-refundable once accessed. Contact within 7 days for technical issues or concerns.

2. Physical products:

If defective or not as described, contact within 14 days with order number + photos. Options: repair, replacement, refund.

3. Requesting refund:

- Email orders@mcarthurglaze.com with order details and reason.

- Provide evidence (photos, screenshots).

- We will respond with next steps.

4. Exceptions:

Custom, personalised, or final sale items not returnable unless defective. No change-of-mind refunds unless required by law.
